The cost of membership is only £3000 which will be charged to your credit card. This will allow you to ask questions on ten topics for 12 months. It will also give you access to a growing number of papers on a number of topics ranging from Preparing for a New Baby, through Asperger Syndrome and Bereavement to Choosing Child Care.

The form we are asking you to fill in is designed to provide us with as much information as possible. The more we know about your family, the easier it will be to help. It is unimportant to know real names - you can use a pseudonym like Cinderella or refer to your children as a, b, c and d if that feels more comfortable.

We ask the ages of adults involved because it can make a difference if there is a twenty year age gap between parents or if grandparents are so elderly they can not offer support, but, again, this is only to help. If you feel it is unimportant, please make an age up! This form is deliberately short. Please fill in as much as you feel we need to know; add more if you think it is relevant. Once you have joined, we shall ask you what the particular problems are.
